Suncadia, only about 90 miles from Seattle, makes a nice getaway in Eastern Washington. It’s become wildly popular with the work-from-home crowd.
- Hot tubbing in our rental house. We were in the flight path of quite a few stray tee shots, so the hats came in handy.
- Mike walking the wide fairways.
- The golf course was built on top of an old coal mine.
- Tipple Hill, a 120-foot pile of coal tailings, sits aside the fairway.
- A realistic mountain lion keeps the rabbits away.
One of my dear couple friends just got back from Suncadia for the holidays. I’ll have to check it out at some point!
