Why should you be excited to see a PLATYPUS? The US, as of 2019, has the only platypusses (platypi?) outside of Australia. They are intriguing critters! Semi-aquatic egg laying mammals. The San Diego Zoo Safari Park was in negotiations with Australia for ten years before this plan came to fruition. A special display has been created for the one male, Birrarung, and one female, Eve. Because they are nocturnal, the display is dark during the day, and light at night so guests have an opportunity to view them. Because population is declining, the hope is that they will procreate. Here’s to romance!!

- Happy early birthday, bro!
- Look at all the arms on this saguaro cactus! It must have just the right growing conditions.
- The Raney Wedgie Team. We scrambled to a 2 handicap at windy Quintero Golf Club, including a 62 yard eagle wedge from Mike and a 90 yard eagle wedge from yours truly. Autographs TBA! 👏
- Damned close to another hole in one!
