How to beat the Vegas 107 degree heat? Get wet and drink water 
It also helps to have fabulous friends like Mandy & Bob Bernard to host a day on their boat at the Lake Mohave, which we didn’t even know existed! As long as we were in town, we checked out the new Virgin Hotel (that used to be the Hard Rock).

- We had a whole family of big horn sheep grazing calmly on the cliffs above our cove.

- Mike modeling the “diaper” method of upside down life jackets – allowing a leisurely float in the water .
