We stopped by Moline, IL for a quick visit to see our friend and honorary Raney brother, Franko Martin. Frank grew up in the midwest earning the distinction of Eagle Scout as he grew up and worked at Meyers Tree Farm along with Mike’s brothers Tom and Charlie. There were SO many trips that Franko did with us – Tahoe, Grand Tetons, Moab – not to mention all the weddings and family holiday get togethers. He retired from John Deere in Moline after 43 years, and was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. We treasured our visit to see him. He passed away in mid-December.
- Al, Rosemary, Mike, Rolly, Charlie and Franko. Outside dining was chilly but it was a great visit.
- Sue, David, Kristin, Aiden, Courtney and Deb. Those masks are a sure sign of 2020!
- Dinner at Texas Roadhouse, Franko’s favorite.
- A throw back to 2012, when the guys hiked in Jackson Hole. From the left – Franko, Tom, Chet, Charlie, David, Mike and Aron.
