Not all activity was a mile-a-minute. We had some leisurely hikes, sightseeing drives and even a little wine tasting.

- Dassies, or rock hyrax, are everywhere in SA. Despite their tiny size, they’re the closest relative to African Elephants, based on their teeth and feet.
