Our stop in New York was made incredibly special by our friends who are lucky enough to live there. What an incredibly energetic, diverse, exciting city.
- If you’re a little jet lagged, there is nothing like New York to keep you awake.
- Lovely statue (Nefertiti?) in an office park.
- Checking out the sights in Times Square.
- A walk in Central Park is a world away, yet only steps away, from Manhattan’s frenetic pace.
- My college roomie! Patty Ben Peterson, retired actress turned incredible social worker.
- Dinner at Hakasan with Bonnie Hirsch. A toast to Marvin – we miss you!
- We rang in Mike’s birthday with Hamilton, the Tony award winning Broadway show.
- “Legacy. What is a legacy? It’s planting seeds in a garden you never get to see”- Alexander Hamilton, The World Was Wide Enough
- King George decrees in song, “Oceans rise, empires fall. We have seen each other through it all. And when push comes to shove, I will send a fully armed battalion to remind you of my love.”
