St. Tropez is a crazy busy touristy spot along the French Riviera. Beaches stretch for miles, and change personalities – there’s the family beach, the beach with dogs, the couples beach, the gay beach and the nude beach. St. Tropez was the first official nudist beach in the world, apparently favored by the rich and famous. When we were there, it was favored by the overweight and aged.

- Tarte Tropézienne, a cream filled brioche. We’re going to have to do a lot of walking.
- Ooo la la! Even the boys are getting a little full.
- Brigit Bardot frolicked the beaches here in the ’50s. Now she’s an anti-Islamic animal rights activist.
- This is what cork looks like! It’s tree bark, and a lot of it comes from the south of France.
- We must have seen at least 50 active Pétanque games.
- And here starts our beach trek…
- Mike and I walking along the soft sand.
- So this guy is wearing a baseball cap so he doesn’t get sunburned?
