A window into the wild! Woodland Park Zoo is big on conservation and education, but in an extremely entertaining way. Especially for my nephews, who had a blast.
- Learning about and acting like worms was the first thing on the agenda.
- Ethan teaching his cousin the finer points of milking a cow.
- Alex patiently sitting on the egg on his pretend nest, just like his pregnant Mommy.
- The Zoomazium is an indoor playground and activity center, with a kid-sized door.
- A red wolf stares down our spectators.
- Jessica took one for the team by volunteering to take the kids into bug world. Hey, somebody had to watch the stroller!
- Whoa – a real dragon. Komodo, that is.
- Ethan showing how the Komodo dragon says hello with his tongue.
- Who wouldn’t want to pet a nice chicken?
- Alex sliding through the treehouse.
- Checking out the fish in CLOSE detail.
- How do lions roar?
