Hot Springs is named after the naturally occurring springs that have soothed bodies for centuries. Native tribes believed stongly in the medicinal healing properties of the water. The eight historic bathhouses and surrounding trails make up Hot Springs National Park, where we had a soak and a scrub, and checked the laziest national park tour ever off our list.
