Golfing for a great cause at South Shore Golf Club. Money raised will help fund ALS of Nevada. ALS is Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain.
- Golf tournament action always involves raffle tickets – a fundraiser here for ALS of Nevada
- Rounding out the foursome were the golf champs from last year, our good friends Paul Lampi and Tony Emma.
- Scientists have no idea why military veterans are 60% more likely to develop ALS.
- Paul gave us some hot electric yellow shirts, too – now we look like a team!
- Taking a few swings to warm up.
- View from the tee box. Yes, guys, you really have to hit the ball over that canyon.
- What a par 3! This competition was “Closest to the Pino” – the person who won got a case of Pinot Noir!
- Another Par 3 hole in one prize. Mike wants the shirt that says, “If you can read this, the bitch fell off”.
