Apple Tree Golf Course in Yakima, WA is a treat
on a crisp fall day.  With a crisp fall apple,
as the apple orchard winds through the course.
The signature apple hole – a par 3 where the bridge
leading to the island is the stem, and the sand
trap is the leaf on the apple.  180 yards of fun.
Picking a fresh apple, which is like a completely
different fruit compared to grocery store apples.
Last year, Yakima produced 130 million boxes
of apples, not to mention 75% of the hops for
the USA.
Mike pranced around the green to celebrate his eagle
on this par 5 (the tee box is in the upper right).
