Two National Park lodge waitresses
posed for this photo at Overhanging
Rock at Glacier Point 1899.
Ironically, that’s the same year
Alfred Hitchcock was born.  Does
that profile look familiar?
Relaxing at the top of Glacier Point.  Really!
We drove our car there!!
We heard so many languages along the trail.
A destination with international appeal, all USA.
Why yes, we are posing in the middle of a postcard.
More often heard than seen, this coyote was very
bold, looking for handouts alongside the road.
He looks like a German shepherd with shaved legs.
The park service posts signs everywhere a bear
has been killed by a car.  A sad reminder.

Red bear = dead bear.
