Sue (named after the paleontologist Sue
Hendrickson who discovered her in South
Dakota), is the largest and best preserved T-Rex
in the world.  The pride of the Chicago’s Field
Museum of Natural History.  She’s particularly
admired for her 85% intact bone structure.
You go, girl.
Scientists say that female T Rex
 were actually larger than males!
Also in the Field Museum….
Now THIS is a taxidermy
project.  Done in 1905, the
artist used wood, wire and clay
under the skin to make the
elephants look more realistic,
posed naturally.
Chicago Theater, built in 1921,
is on the National Register of
Historic Places.
Obama is a popular guy around
 these parts!
