So I thought I’d feel tall in China, and this
really brought it home to me.  Isn’t he cute?
Actually, several times during our tour I’ve had
Chinese girls take their photo with me – like
I’m the freak Amazon woman.  I should charge!
This is the exact spot as pictured on the back of
the 20 yuan note.  That’s about 3 bucks.
Bamboo rafts are common.  This guy pulled up
alongside our boat to sell us some grapes.
