Spain does love all things porcine.

Sometimes translations don’t do justice…
I googled “pig secrets” but was unable to
figure out just what it was.
Iberico ham, sliced so thinly you could read
through it, if only there was more light in the bar.
The most prized ham is from Spanish purebred
pigs fed a diet entirely of hazelnuts, and raised at
 a high elevation.  Top hams are DNA tested and
 command a price of several THOUSAND dollars. 
At Museo Del Jamon (Museum of Ham) in
 Madrid, a popular chain of ham bars – a curious
 place where you can order beer and ham on a roll.
  Really popular.
