Parisians REALLY care about their food.  It was
 consistently the best, of any city we’ve been in.

Real Roquefort cheese comes from southern
 France.  Like Champagne, only the cheese from
 that region is allowed by law to actually bear that
 name.  It was tangy, crumbly and
 better than any blue cheese we’ve ever had!
