While Mike was climbing up Mt. Olympus,
Kathy and I took this cushy gondola to
the top of Grouse Mountain.

Grizzly bears right @ the top of the mountain,
we were about 10 ft. from this bad boy,
behind a nice fence.

Once the gondola is on top, there is even
more mountain to be had if you take the
chairlift, which worked well after I
pried Kathy’s hands off the hand bar.

Atop the mountain, a wind
turbine with a glass view
pod, put us at a 4,200 ft.
gain above sea level in a
couple of hours!
