A gem of a National Park!  Natural hot springs
spill over travertine terraces on the edge
of a cliff.  Healing waters are rich in
calcium carbonate, still building the
landscape every day.

Two unsuspecting tourists, happily swimming in
the hot springs.  Little did they know the next 2
hours would be spent in search of two iPhones,
two passports and a wallet. Park officials,
Turkish “Polis”, broken English, even more
broken Turkish. Eventually we figured out that
our possessions, which we assumed were stolen,
were in our OTHER daypack, back at the hotel.
Turkish Polis were not amused by the Magoos.
