Eating in Freeport, Bahamas Conch (pronounced “conk” is plentiful here! It’s the large mollusk with the big beautiful shell. Conch salad – fresh chopped onion, tomato, green pepper, raw conch, sour orange juice and a tiny bit of hot sauce. Delicious!! You should have seen how fast this guy chopped without looking.
