This Pilatus does fly like a dream. See that black capsule on the right wing? That’s our radar, which paints weather. Came in handy for avoiding the thunderbumpers around Texas. The black rubberized section on the leading edge of the wing is the anti-ice boots, that inflate just enough to crack off ice buildup. It’s like watching a bicep flex.
