This was an unbelievably beautiful drive. We had all the winter snowcapped mountains, but clear roads. We kept the tunes going…it takes about 7 hours to get from Lake Tahoe to Death Valley!. There are some really long, straight roads here that tempted us to go over 100 mph, not that we necessarily did, of course!!
