Ouch - can you believe they put not only a huge boulder but a prickly pear cactus in the sand trap? Evil, evil golf course designers - they probably pull wings off butterflies, too. This is Boulders Resort in Carefree, AZ just north of Scottsdale. A great course!
This hot air balloon is the largest they fly in North America - the fabric would cover a football field, and it's eleven stories high!! We hit a top altitude of 7500 feet at a speed of about 10 miles per hour. Beautiful, calm and serene. Even when we looked over the edge...

This rock is at the TPC Scottsdale golf course. In 1999, Tiger Woods hit a ball next to it and eight beefy fans from the gallery were allowed to move it so he could hit the ball. Apparently, the officials ruled that it was a "loose impediment"! We couldn't budge it...
