Las Vegas for John and Jen Elliot's wedding

And awa -a - y we go! John and the lovely Jen were married with great style in Las Vegas. The food, dancing and most of all the toasts were heartfelt and very very fun. All the best to the new newlyweds!!!

In a 2 horse open sleigh! The weather was crisp, the snow was clean and the horse bells jingled. What a beautiful sight at My Hood, OR. Merry Christmas, everyone!!

At Mt Hood, OR

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas...and it was indeed snowing at Mt Hood, OR with (from the left) Sue, Mike, Christina, Alana, Joel and Madeline. We did do some snow tubing...pretty fun!

Albuquerque, New Mexico - Where's the plane?

Oh, woe and misery. After our 16 hour trip from Seattle to Albuquerque, the Eclipse plant was closed for our scheduled tour. Here is a photo of a very sad pilot! Apparently Eclipse is in self imposed "lockdown" until they get some details worked out. They just rec'd their type certification from the FAA on Sept 30th (check out www.eclipseaviation.com ) Won't be long until he's grinning from ear to ear! 

Santa Fe, New Mexico

We took the Sandia tram up for a cool weather hike - it was only 38 degrees at the top of the mountain vs. about 55 down at the bottom of the tram. Great vista, you can see for miles.
